I went into medicine for the simplest reason: I care deeply about people and wanted to spend my life helping them feel whole, heard, and supported. But like so many dedicated physicians working inside conventional healthcare, I quickly realized how hard it is to give people the time and warmth they deserve inside a system built for speed.
My path began with osteopathic medical training—which taught me to see the whole person, mind and body—followed by board certification in Internal Medicine and years of clinical practice. Along the way, I also completed a master's degree with a focus in neuroscience, deepening my understanding of neuroplasticity and the brain's remarkable capacity to adapt, heal, and change across a lifetime.
I built Aure Health to create a space where we don't have to rush. It is a 50-state executive concierge practice centered on listening, root-cause metabolic health, longevity, and true partnership.
Liora HQ grew out of that same desire to help: providing gentle operational and compliance support to fellow medical founders and aesthetic practitioners who want to build thoughtful practices without feeling overwhelmed by paperwork.
Alongside direct patient care, I offer physician-led regenerative care rooted in biostimulation and natural restoration, advise digital health teams on human-centered care models, and contribute clinical expertise to clinical trial research. My focus sits at the intersection of cellular medicine, longevity science, and systems innovation— translating emerging science into responsible, patient-centered clinical practice.
